The product stopped working shortly after purchase. Bad customer service.
The block stopped working after a few months. I spent almost 2 weeks going back and forth with them to fix the problem. (After spending a lot of time trying to fix the problem myself) I finally got tired of wasting time and left. They did not offer me a return of the device or an alternative solution.
