I would like to say that I have used several brands and they are made of the same material. However, I do want to appeal to people who overfill the filter and stuff it at the bottom of the pod, thinking the more coffee the stronger it gets. Then you complain about the frayed bottom and thick coffee. Been there and made it. Then I tore apart some of the finished pods. They don't sink either. They give the water room to slow down so it cooks longer. The Keurig even has a more powerful setting that intentionally slows the flow of water. Now the problem is with the gap. If you overfill the filter you will break it and leave no room for the grounds to expand as it absorbs water and swells. When the break happens, the water shoots out and you end up with a cloudy cup of weak coffee. This is a clear case of less is more. Open a pre-made capsule of your favorite coffee and see what it looks like inside. These filters work great and will not crack if used properly. 5 Stars. I will also add that they are not overpriced.
