My printer was obviously returned by someone else, the instruction manual was already torn when I opened the box. I wanted this printer but I'm pretty sure I just got a broken one and asked for a replacement. The printer thinks the tray is open (it isn't) so I have to open and close it every time after startup, also it never gets past the "Print Alignment Page" screen and an error message pops up on my screen. I had no problems connecting it to my wifi, laptop and phone, only the printer was an issue, an Amazon support rep named Decordia couldn't help me after 30 minutes with her and almost 2 hours alone only that he turned out to be a replacement presented. My previous HP printers are mostly up and running and I'm printing in minutes. I will update my review if I get a new one in 3 days. *** Update from 5.4. I got my new printer and no, I'm a happy customer. I will have to get another printer to print higher quality images if you need it for business use and need crisp images, this one doesn't fit. The images are a bit fuzzier than I would like, but speed and connectivity is all fine, no issues, duplex works fine and I was able to connect to my Cricut for a cut and print project with no issues. or.
