Do you have many micro USB cables. We need new ones with cables to charge a new phone. 3 out of 4 converters could load without problems. The fourth didn't charge the phone. Used 4 different cables for double checking. I'm trying to find a way to replace one plug instead of sending all four back. To update. The company emailed me quickly and sent a replacement that works. A simple plug works well. Rating upgrade from 3 to 5 stars.
