This makes it work as a touchscreen for Apple devices! You have to go through a third-party app called UPDD. This software provides you with gesture controls, allowing you to map touch and multi-finger gestures to OSX's native functions. It even comes with the calibration software you need. Overall, it cuts a fine figure on our 60-inch display. Is it as responsive as a capacitive touchscreen? No, but the polling rate is high enough that most users won't notice a difference. And it just works.
