Adding to every previous review: In less than ten months of using this on a 13 year old geriatric beagle, the metal potty adjustment slide simply snapped in half when I adjusted it a little (he gained weight) . !) Clearly defective part, I contacted the company in confidence but was told this is considered "normal wear and tear" and is therefore not covered by the "lifetime warranty". I've had many different brands of martingale collars over the years and none of them have worn out, let alone a small part like this one has failed. Therefore, I will not buy this brand again and will not recommend it to anyone.
