Poor connection of some clips and the plastic case is so slippery that it's almost impossible to open it without the help of two hands. Obviously, whoever chose the flexible case has never attempted to use it - it's incredibly difficult to open because the metal jaws slip into the case and immediately rotate 90 degrees. Completely incompetent technology.
