The accuracy of virtual surveying has been very helpful in getting accurate elevations, contours, measurements and documentation for surveyors to use effectively. I prefer having my data stored locally rather than in cloud services, so it's easy to access at our office. There isn't much you can dislike about this product because all things are great! I would highly recommend VSC! Our main goal was to get accurate information from aerial photos taken by drone which were then used by engineers to design buildings on site. We needed elevation points and lines as well as ortho images for construction documents. This allowed us to work faster since we did not have to manually enter data into an online system. It also saved time in comparison to using paper surveys, which can be prone to mistakes when transferring to other systems. Aerial photogrammetry allows me to see what's happening at an immediate scale without being there myself. It saves money and labor costs. I like how easy it was to use, it's simple but very effective. It could be improved by adding more features - it has all the basic functions needed to create 3d models from aerial images and other drone sources. The price for this product can't be beat even if you include cloud storage. You're getting exactly what you pay for here. We used virtual surveyor to help us plan a new development in our town as we were limited to the number of surveys available.
