Poor quality fiberglass poles have resulted in injuries! Seller please contact me!

I bought this net last summer but due to bad weather it was removed and never used. Yesterday, on the first day of our vacation, my husband and I went to get the net. I ran my hand over one of the poles, putting it together and getting dozens of slivers of fiberglass in my hand and fingers. My husband, who was trying to find a suspicious pole, also got a pair in one of his fingers. The pain is unreal. I don't see any shards to remove. I tried every online tool to remove them. I can hardly use my right hand because of sharp pain from many fragments. I'll try another removal method before seeing a doctor. I can't tell you how angry and upset I am on top of the pain and discomfort I feel. I will update Revane on the situation. The product is a great idea, shame about the lack of attention to quality.
