I've only used a cloth so far and I'm thrilled. I used a damp cloth but still felt like my domes were dirty and wanted something that would actually remove the dirt that would be safe for everyday use. I have used this cloth on my entire hearing aid and it has removed all the grease and wax. It appears to be the same brand my audiologist uses. I also love the little battery holder that comes with it! I work in a hospital, so now instead of lugging around a pack of batteries, I just keep a few batteries in a holder and attach them to my ID card. These two packs should last a long time but I will most likely be repurchasing when they run out.
