Okay, here's the deal. The patterns are just great, make no mistake. Gold is beautiful under the light. I love them but I'm here to look at some of the cons of these bands and what they are good for. First, there are no stickiness issues. These ribbons stick well to paper and flat surfaces. The problem with tape peeling off rounded edges or non-paper surfaces is that it's much stiffer than other washi tapes. He doesn't like to bend over too much, so stick to paper. Second, the actual product is not much. For the price you pay this is acceptable but if you want to fully use the band you will need 2-3 of these orders. Third, I know that as an artist I am concerned. about how transparent the tape is and whether the pattern is clearly visible. The white areas of the band show through slightly, so there is no problem seeing the lines under the band if you need to trace it with an engraving machine. The pattern will hold well and won't fade like other cheap Daiso washi tapes. However, these ribbons are great for overlaying images onto illustrations. Don't try to use them on 3D objects, they are not suitable for that. TL;DR is a high quality product at a low price but in small quantities. I would order them again once they run out.
