I've only recently discovered what a pumice stone can do for a toilet and I have to say it's phenomenal. However, this stone can be useful not only for the toilet, but also for the grate in my oven and toaster. (Of course, don't use the same rock you use for the toilet, which goes without saying.) Either way, it removes the hard, calcified material left in the toilet and it really works! I don't find the brush very useful or the brush holder flimsy (for wall mounting) but my wife is sold in stone with different length handles.
