I bought a 5 lb tub with no flavor. I'm about halfway. It was great protein. I love that this is an all milk protein combo that provides both fast amino acids through whey isolate and slower amino acids through hydrolyzed whey and casein. I was looking for this mix without any other stuff and found it here. Recent weightlifting research shows that these blends produce better results than using an isolate alone. So if you work out, this is for you. I also use it as part of my meal replacement recipe (do-it-yourself recipe on soylent.me). The protein blend is fuller and richer for a longer period of time. In order to use it, I was interested in more detailed nutritional information than what was on the label, so I contacted Muscle Feast customer service. They were very responsive and sent me lab reports from their QC department for each of the three proteins they mix to make the product. This detailed information, sent so willingly, told me quite a bit about the product and the company. Firstly, the product was perfect for my needs and of high quality. Secondly, it is convenient for a company to display their product completely openly due to its superior quality. In terms of personal experience with the product itself, it tastes good and goes very well with my meal replacement recipe. The unflavored version has a fairly neutral flavor with a slightly milky undertone. I recommend the product. Five stars.
