Review on AV receiver 5.1 YAMAHA HTR-4065 by Minoru Chikamatsu ᠌

Revainrating 4 out of 5

Nice price, good quality.

I bought it for music and I only listen to it . The device is not bad. This is actually the same 473 model. Unexpectedly, a beautiful bottom, the subwoofer is resting with me, since the speakers (S-90) actually reproduce from 27 Hz. Mids and highs are better than the 373rd model, this device reproduces at least 16 kHz. I recommend to buy. Pioneers, judging by the reviews, are in no way suitable for music, I recently listened to the 373rd model, there is a limited frequency range, about 45-14000 Hz. This receiver is probably the best of the 5-channel (from common) Discrete output stage. I advise you to save a little more and take this model better than the X22 Pioneer line or the 373rd model.

Pros
  • Functionality and well-thought-out settings, like the rest of the X73 line. Economical power consumption. Absolutely great low end, such a low end will honor many amplifiers, no restriction, an atmosphere of continuous bass is created (a rather rare phenomenon), the receiver amplifier makes the speakers oscillate and at frequencies below 5 Hz! On all channels.
Cons
  • I came across a small defect - three buttons on the remote control in the USB section do not work, but you can listen to the flash drive, or is this a feature of the model, I still don’t understand . Music from the flash drive does not go to the line output - this is probably a common feature for the entire X73 line . High and medium are not the ones I'm used to. Clean, but somehow smoothed, there is a loss of detail. Perhaps this is a retribution for another miracle of technology called Natural Sound. I did not notice such losses in any other devices, even with the worst quality.
