What to do?! So excited
thing works fine though. Water and dirt in the glass, is that normal? To update. Within a week my water temperature was normal with almost no fluctuations. Then a week after I used it my wife had to turn it off and added ice because the temp had risen to 105 degrees and killed over half my fish. The heater is completely full of water and I suspect that's the problem. I am sending it back and will never buy anything like this again. I am not happy. Not happy at all. The $20 heater killed about $50 in fish. Some of them are no longer sold at my local fish shop.
