Review on Riedel Ouverture Red Wine Glasses: Enhancing Your Wine Experience, Set of 2 by Justin Butler

This was our first time buying Riedel glassware. This will be the last. One of the glasses broke the second time it was washed out of the dishwasher. We have a Bosch Premium dishwasher. I've never pulled broken glassware out of it. I contacted their support team. They very politely replied that this was not their problem and that I should get in touch with Revain! Then I questioned the veracity of their guarantee. They responded with a huge 5% discount code (that doesn't even cover shipping, which was free at Revain). A few minutes after I started writing this review, I emptied the dishwasher. To my surprise, the second glass broke. These glasses cannot be cleaned in the dishwasher. What a joke. Fragile product quality and unreliable customer service. never again for me Many Thanks.
