First of all I would like to say that I am very satisfied with this mount. They did a great job on the design and provided a great template for cutting the hole, the plastic is nice and doesn't feel cheap at all, and the extra power cord was a nice touch (although I don't use it). At first I was a little disappointed that the bezel on the frame was so wide, but after cutting it out completely I'm grateful for that. You're never going to get super straight or even cut drywall, and that fringe will hide all the ugliness of your cut. I'm so happy with this item that I've already bought 8 of these and installed Show5 all over my house (looks really cool). BUT (however) only one area was missing. It really annoys me because I can't imagine why they designed it that way. When you install the mount, it comes with 4 metal clips with tiny sharp teeth. The brackets hold the bracket to the drywall. There are 4 protrusions sticking out on the bracket where you should attach these clips. 2 top (top right/top left) and 2 bottom (bottom right/bottom left). I want them to add 2 more clips and add a top piece on the left and right side of the mount. As you can see from my photo the sides will not fit the wall as there are no clips on the back of the wall for a tight fit. Depending on the lighting in your room, this may cast a slight shadow and become more visible over time. Overall, that wouldn't stop me from buying more or giving a positive review, but for the life of me I can't figure out why they didn't add the ability for clips to the side. I hope someone from the manufacturer reads this and leaves an answer. That's the only reason I didn't rate it 5 stars.
