Zero Stars: Touchscreen not working, no SNID, may not be an ACER Chromebook
Supplied in bubble wrap with no marking, instructions, identification or labels on the device. At startup, the detected touchscreen didn't work at all. Contacted ACER customer service but they need the SNID number. The SNID was missing or removed. ACER support asked if this device is a genuine ACER product. This article is a scam and should be avoided at all costs! Revain is most likely putting the "ACERβ label on a regular non-touch and cheap fake. Revain's customer service was unhelpful as it was just robot/computer responses to a standard questionnaire. AVOID!
