Update: Microphone and camera don't work so I'm sending it back. I use this Chromebook to play videos in the background while playing Xbox video games. Picture and sound are great. I also plan to use it for school as well. I wanted a touchscreen so I didn't have to fiddle with a mouse. Everything works as it should. I have no complaints and am very happy with my purchase.

It was a good computer at first, but after a few days it started to go haywire. It didn't hold a 10 hour charge, but it may have held an hour and a half charge. It didn't come with a charger and I had to buy a charger. Fortunately, it only uses a USBC mobile phone charger. One of the 2 cameras started to malfunction and changed colors when used. I ended up sending it back because it didn't do what I needed.

Bought this for my 8 year old son to start his coding and writing classes. he loves it so much We had 0 problems with the product. The touch screen works great. The touchpad's hard click is a bit finicky, but a soft touch works better and is quieter anyway. Overall I would recommend. It's great to have all the apps from the Google Play Store and we love Chrome OS. It's a fun, cheap little computer to play with.

This was bought as a Christmas present for my 7 year old son. He uses Chromebooks at school and asked for one for Christmas. As this will be his first I didn't want to spend a fortune in case he isn't in charge. I liked the quality, ease of installation and durability. I'm actually considering buying another one just in case I don't want to use my desktop.

Decent size, touchscreen no problem at all, charging cable is long, easy to charge and use at the same time. It folds into a tablet very easily and quickly, without any noise. You can also use a pen with it. It's very fast, charging times were minimal, and battery life after a full charge is pretty decent. Easy to use for adults and children. Light enough to be easily held or folded and used. I highly recommend it

Got this for my 4th grade daughter for Christmas. And in 2020, with all this online learning, it turns out that it is badly needed! This computer worked great. No problem. Like the touchscreen.

Contacted ACER customer service but they need the SNID number. The SNID was missing or removed. ACER support asked if this device is a genuine ACER product.
