I am so glad I have these pH test strips. I wanted to check soil pH with a meter, but didn't have a chance to verify its accuracy without some other method of verifying the results. A little longer, but not difficult. It only requires equal parts soil and distilled water. Mix them together and test the water after the bottom has settled. As I did so, I checked my urine and saliva. I'm happy to say that I'm pretty neutral. It's not always easy to see the results as sometimes the color is somewhere in the middle of the chart. I leave it on for a few minutes and read the result when the color seems to have stabilized. I like that they are protected by individual pouches with three test strips inside the bottle so they don't get dirty. I would recommend these handy pH test strips. They are great for testing water, soil and yourself!
