Review on Launchmetrics Samples by Bashar Shaffer

I like that we can track our sample shipments to each distributor so easily, it's very quick! It is not user friendly for someone who doesn't know how this software works but if used correctly there should be no problems at all in using it daily from receiving orders until delivery of goods/samples etc.

We use launch metrics samplers when sending out samples across 3 countries (UK / Germany). The benefits have been great because i am able to see exactly what has happened during shipment which allows me to resolve issues quickly before leaving customers disappointed.
