Strange Smell - Microphones and Accessories

The product has a strange smell after unpacking. Honestly I don't like the smell and I might as well return it. Works well but I don't like the idea of keeping this next to my face for hours.

Pros

Sound Quality - Effectively reduces ambient wind, pops and other noise to improve sound quality and make it clearer. It does an excellent job of eliminating clicks and white noise on my Snowball from all angles.
