Review on DEWALT DW3985 14TPI Portable Blade by Rick Malloy

My original blade broke one day with the saw sitting still, no cut, no strain, no strain. The original blade was .025" thick, but the manufacturer's catalog offered a .020" replacement? So, because of the price and the brand, I decided to try this set of knives. I use this saw primarily for light cutting of steel, oil, and aluminum, mostly without oil; no more than 1 1/2 inches thick. This blade is an improvement over the original, offering a cleaner, easier cut. For now, the good times will tell. I now have an extra one for the next breakdown to eliminate downtime. for continuing to use this saw The price is very fair, the product works well.
