I am happy with the buy overall. A good helper for cleaning, especially for general cleaning. We hired experts: I've been using the mop for a little over a month. Let's start with the pros: - I was able to remove the stains on the floor and baseboard, which did not lend themselves to cleaning; - I really enjoyed the steamer. I used the steamer to swiftly and effectively remove wrinkles from my down jacket and the entire house's curtains. I cleaned the old gas stove from years of grease, dust and dirt after repairs in hard-to-reach places. Negatives are listed below: Of the minuses noted for myself: - this product is called a mop, but it is very rare to use it as a mop. This steam generator is best used for spot cleaning rather than regular cleaning; - the mop's handle isn't very sturdy and feels like it might snap at any moment; - the nozzle for windows and mirrors works well but frequently streaks (though this could just be me).
