Review on 🔧 Astro Pneumatic Tool PRN1 3/8" Rivet Nut Setting Kit - Metric and SAE Threads by Michael Glassburn

I am returning the item for the following reasons: 1) The packaging of the product is poorly designed combined with air. - Hose connection nipple, the product no longer fits in the plastic tool container. 2) Product instructions are the most inadequate. 3) It would be great if the company would provide a detailed video of the tool in operation. We all know how a tool is supposed to work, but how to achieve such results through fine tuning. The basics of changing tool to set different rivet nuts are not well covered or explained in detail. 4) I am returning the product after not even using it for these reasons. I can only imagine the level of customer service I might or might NOT expect. 5) So much wasted resources could have been avoided if the most basic tenets of marketing had been considered.
