This is amazing, a MUST HAVE for softball/baseball/slowpitch practice. You need a space of about 75 feet to use them as you can still have some distance from them when connected. I used them to practice adult slow shots when waiting for other teams to finish. The feedback is very good, you can feel and see it immediately. Ideal for backyard training on days when you can go to the field for live training. Slip them onto a t-shirt or do a gentle toss and they both work great. I would highly recommend them to anyone trying to improve their swing strength as you need to swing harder and harder to land solid shots. I have footage of the kicks and a video review on my YouTube called Acidlittle Softball if you want to see how they work. Pros: Instant feedback Durability Limited flight distance Practice almost anywhere Improves eye contact with the bat Cons: Is it difficult but expensive? $35 for 3 balls, almost $12 for one ball, or double the price of a new softball. That's all I have!
