It's a great tool conceptually, but cheap materials make it useless. Broke on first use due to the flimsy, cheap plastic used in the "mounting" hinge. Some parts need to be made stronger or your product will not work in the first place. Spend money to make things from good materials and people will buy them. There is no durable microfiber wand attachment on the market. If it had been well made and cost thirty dollars more I would have bought it immediately. Instead, you're probably only saving a few dollars a unit to make key parts out of better material than flimsy plastic, or god forbid even just reinforced, thereby killing the functionality of a good design that's in an underrepresented niche market. Frustratingly stupid and frustratingly who makes these decisions?
