First impressions were how cheaply made it was. Of course I didn't pay much, but there might be 50 cents of cheap plastic in there. Takes a 9 volt battery under the chinsey cover and if you look inside you'll see the battery is DIRECTLY on the side of the circuit board inside. A sequel doesn't look sustainable. Super cheap case. A nice little metal accessory is included to hold loose stones for testing. To be fair, maybe it's easy, but there's no basis for me. and too many variables, to be precise. I definitely don't want a long, loud horn blaring in the store and people staring at me. Hm
