Review on Cmple FireWire Computer Camcorder: High-speed connectivity for seamless data transfer by Michael Hughes
defect upon arrival.
Tried to use this to transfer tapes from a MiniDV camcorder. I tried it on three different FireWire ports and it wasn't recognized. Maybe I'm just unlucky or the cheap cables don't fit.
