First let me start by saying A+ for packaging! For a shoe so moderately priced the care that this company puts into it’s packaging you would think that you were purchasing a pair of high end shoes! In addition to the lovely packaging they also thoughtfully included two different kinds of padding of good quality in the box as well. The shoes are firm without any give. I didn’t experience what others were saying "too big.size down.” They felt true to size to me. The jewels are really pretty, doesn’t look cheap at all. I’m sending them back because the fit was just too firm and it didn’t quite compliment my gown the way I envisioned it would.
