This is the first skinny jean ever. My already underweight son looks like a character in it. But it's okay if he likes them (he doesn't like jeans). He wears a 12 slim and I was concerned it was only a 12 slim fit, which could mean anything in the world of children's clothing. But yes, it has an adjustable waist on each side so I could make it smaller at the waist. The length is not too big for this growing boy. I doubt they will last the whole school year (it's almost November now) as it's growing fast. But they will hold on tight to get through. For a while I was furious with Levi's, it seemed their denim had dropped in price. So I went to Lee. But now we're back to that classic style. The denim is heavy but smooth and drapes well. Dark without fading. Classic.
