I like that it is simple to use, easy to find info about my employees, good for tracking hours worked etc. Nothing really! It has been very useful in keeping track of employee schedules when we are short staffed - it helps organize things so everyone knows where they need to be at different times. We used this software for several years before switching over to another system which was more robust but also more expensive. The only thing with this one is that you can't set up sub-projects or tasks under your main project. If you want to keep tabs on multiple projects, then go ahead and get it. Easy setup process and easy to use once you have it down. This makes scheduling our work easier since we aren’t always sure if someone will come in late or leave early.
