I really like this coat. It covers my dog completely. She hates the hood! The transparent visor doesn't work at all. You really can't see through it. I will cut it. I probably won't even use the hood since she's not a fan of it. But the rest of the coat covers it well. She is a 66 pound golden retriever. When she gets wet, she gets really wet! This keeps her completely dry except for her head. But I can handle this small area. It fits snugly around her 18 inch neck. There is an elastic velcro under the chest. She has a 35" bust and fits perfectly. It tends to move in the back. It moves one way, then the other. But covers enough. It cleans up easily with a damp cloth. However, it can be easily torn, so you need to be careful with your dog's claws.It has a patch pocket to fold it in. Really very smart!
