when i first got the device i was very happy. it worked great. after about 8 months its coil froze. i found it too cold in my basement , so I turned it off...then I started using it again the next spring.with the same freezing results.This lasted until the summer,so I researched the possible causes of the freezing.The most common result was a COOLANT LEAK!The Warranty is only for one year and most consumer reviews say freezing problems start after about a year of use >> hmm? I contacted Ivation directly and they gave me the case number but nothing happened with no replies apparently they know that there is a leak problem (my other problem is a coolant leak, where is it going?!?!? For health reasons the health/environment needs a solution!) Im So basically I've had over $200 worth of frozen junk for 18 months! I also don't recommend buying this item. It has a known defect and the company is not responding to it.
