The charger seems to do the job. iPhones with magsafe cases or no case charge easily on it. I used a suction cup to attach it to the dash and there are enough adjustment knobs to position the phone at a good angle, although I prefer the less bulky flex neck mounts. But this thing is pretty cheaply made compared to the same gooseneck mounts. Very plastic, empty and cheap feeling. Looks like they use a lot of cheap glue to put it together. The bottom alignment magnet had already popped out when I first opened the box and kept popping out after I tried to put it back in. I taped it down, but the whole thing will likely fall apart over the magnetic ring after a couple of hot days, making full contact with the iPhone 13 Pro difficult due to a camera bump. This was the cheapest Magsafe mount at Revain, so it shouldn't come as a surprise. It costs money just to pay a little more for a more durable model.
