My husband wears medium size men's shirts, the size M ordered fits him as well as his other buttoned shirts. Pleased with the shirt, it appears to be well tailored although the lapels of the collar appear quite narrow so it folds up at the edges. Also, the print is a bit smudged, not as sharp as it could be. Overall my husband loves his new shirt, said it fits well and he's gotten lots of compliments so we're happy :)
