Cannot update so cannot be used!
Very very disappointed and upset. The product arrived ok, but the update could not be completed! First, Windows XP, 7, 8 Enterprise, or 10 Enterprise is required. Nobody else has XP or Win7. Finally found a friend who has Win10 Enterprise and downloaded the program. But couldn't update TF. We spent several hours reinstalling, finding alternatives (through googling) - but to no avail. I would like to return it, but it is overdue.
