Purchased to replace my daughter's 3DS device. The description refers to the US unit. The device supplied was tied to the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Singapore and Malaysia region and the box clearly said it would only play games from that region. The packaging does NOT match the image in the product description. EDIT After a long search, the device can be set up for US gaming by selecting a region during profile setup and then transferring saved games. This is still a fraudulent listing - if you're selling potential devices outside of the US, say so!
