I like how easy it is to use, you just have to log in with your username and password to get to the site, It does exactly what it says it will do, no complaints here. The only thing I dislike about this software is the fact that it can not be used at home, which makes me feel unsafe since I am currently living alone. Get it for free trial first before buying it. The benefits of using the software are that it has an interactive dashboard where you can access all the information that you need for your healthcare plan, it helps you keep track of your appointments, medications, etc.
