I need a refund! None of the chargers charged my Apple iPhone 8. Both plugged in and for 2 seconds they showed charging and then turned off. I have tried both many times and both have done the same thing! I will call customer service Tuesday after Labor Day, I am so disappointed! Edited to say I called customer service on Tuesday and asked how to return the chargers as I accidentally threw away the package they arrived in. I was told to take them to the UPS store and scan the QR code that was sent to me. I was fine with this at first until I found out the starts are hourly limited and I work 10 hours a day with only lunch breaks to run home and potty train your pup. So I'm basically just out of total and I'm not happy with everything! Thank you for ripping me off with defective chargers and only in one case I don't have time to send them back 😡
