Doesn't work anymore: Nail Art & Polish

At first this lamp worked very well with my polygel. I was able to use it on 3 different days. A few days ago I wanted to connect it, the sensor kept blinking on and off. I had nothing downstairs but my desk. I pulled it out and then plugged it back in, the flashing stopped so I checked with my hand up and the numbers at the top were half cut off. I got angry and just turned it off. The next day I tried again and it wouldn't even turn on. I received this on May 13th and it's already garbage.
