Didn't help but harmful

I use L-arginine and have decided to switch to L-citrulline malate because I've heard that citrulline malate NOx works better over time bioavailable than L-arginine. L-arginine worked really well for me so naturally I thought of an UPGRADE as I've heard a lot of positive reviews about powdered L-citrulline malate. I use it for blood pressure lowering, running/weightlifting and even ED! I've been using it for about 3 weeks and yesterday's workout was the last straw! I drank it on an empty stomach before training for maximum absorption. My knees hurt when I walk. Then my mouth got really dry. After running I feel dizzy and have muscle cramps in my side, low energy levels. Afterwards I feel bad for many hours. , for some odd reason I never felt energized to exercise and I had no drop in BP or ED! I tried it before training and then after training. I'm not excited about this L-citrulline. I tried shaking the jar to mix the powder and I tried. No difference. It's acidic as hell, but that's not a problem IF it worked for me! Definitely harmful! I will try another brand or stick with L-arginine.
