Bought on December 13th and so far lost a charging connector. After the seller contacted me, I was offered a replacement charger at 90 percent off and it was delivered. The old charger only works with a charging port. So I increased my star rating from two to five. I haven't made contact, so the seller is responding to reviews posted on Revain.
