I was very impressed with this non brand juicer attachment. It was easy to set up, easy to use and easy to clean. I read some reviews that said it didn't squeeze all the juice and that it was difficult to clean and made a big mess, but I didn't think that was the case. Tips: - If some of your recipes call for lemon zest, remove the zest from the lemons/oranges before halving and store the zest in a crumpled plastic bag in the freezer until ready to use. - Place a KitchenAid bowl or other large bowl under the spout. "I set the speed to eight and wrap my entire hand around each half of the lemon to apply even pressure to the rotating mechanism. The result is a perfectly clean lemon with every drop of juice oozing out.- Preserve the juice by making ice cubes so you can portion as needed. Strain the juice through a strainer into an ice cube tray so that no pulp remains in the juice.
