Review on Enhanced Brother QL 810W with Rapid Wireless Connectivity by Bud Crabtree

I've had it for a few months now. I wanted a good wireless printer to print my occasional labels without having to set up my regular printer every time. If this thing works, it's exactly what I wanted. I run the application, create a label and print one or the other that I need. The problem is that half the time I get a communication error. I called tech support, waited a long time for them and they told me the best way to configure the driver. That was excellent. It worked again that day. In fact, it worked about half the time I needed it to. For a few days I've been getting the stupid communication error again. Sometimes I printed a whole batch of labels and then it stopped working. Today I'm trying again to reinstall the driver on my Mac and it won't connect. I suppose it will happen again eventually, but for around $450 I expect less hassle. I bought it to stop feeling uncomfortable. I still have a serious inconvenience. Update 03/01/2021: I haven't had connection problems in a long time, even after a power outage, moving from one location to another and adding more computers to print. Whatever the error was, it seems to have gone away, so I'm increasing my rating from 2 to 4 stars.
