As others have pointed out, this unit has a BIG problem when it comes to outfitting new cars. For the record, I drive a 2020 Ram 1500 and have wanted and needed one of these for quite some time. I don't like the suction cup phone mount on the windshield (I had a suction cup mount before which ended up melting and leaving the windshield in a mess). Despite previous reviews saying this wasn't possible, I tried my luck and ordered it anyway. Like the others, it didn't fit. However, with a little skill and dexterity, I was able to get this bad boy to work. I had to cut the push rods on the back to make room to fit behind the mirror. I also had to disassemble it to install it. Then I mounted it back on my mirror. If you don't have the right tools or the skill to conveniently take this thing apart and mount it on your mirror, or you just wanted something that is easy to attach and detach to your rearview mirror, DO NOT buy this unit. Luckily, it needs to be installed permanently, so that worked fine for me. Overall it was exactly what I was looking for, but they definitely need to update the overall design for better usability.
