I've been looking for a timer to teach the 20 second hand washing routine that can also get wet. I've tried other kitchen timers in the past but they always stop working when too much water gets on them. It was PERFECT for keeping track of handwashing times and students didn't even have to tap it with clean hands to turn it off - it made a sound and the light went out. It was the best learning tool to practice with enough time to wash my hands properly. I bought two and will be buying more for teacher friends in the future!
