Review on Wilton Recipe Right Cookie 2 Inch by Anthony Juat

I bought this pan to make my famous pumpkin roll. I make this every Thanksgiving and have been using cheap crappy pans for years. The bun always sticks and breaks, and my baking sheets warp after a few minutes in the oven. Finally this year I decided to buy new frying pans. This Winton pan is without a doubt the best jelly roll pan! My pumpkin roll came out perfectly without sticking to the pan. The pan didn't warp in the oven and was easy to clean. I also bought a second frying pan of a different brand and non-stick. Also a great pan, but this one is my favorite. It even arrived earlier than expected. Every baker should have one of these.
