Review on 🔪 Lansky Ultra Fine Sharpening Hone: Achieve Razor-Sharp Edge with Yellow Holder by Duane Kaul

This is where it comes in when you want your knives to be razor sharp. I was never interested in super-sharp knives (my husband always was) until I became more interested in cooking and trying to pick a whole chicken off the bone with a knife that I now think is dull. It was annoying. I bought my husband a Lansky set of ultra fine, super sapphire, medium and fine serrated cut diamonds for Father's Day. With that and the sapphire he was able to sharpen our ridiculously dull knives to a super fine edge. Unfortunately I've found that we need better knives as these cheap ones don't keep their sharpness. We bought a very nice knife and are hoping to add to a whole collection and are lucky to have Lansky sharpeners to keep them razor sharp.
