the goods are OK. I found an easier and cheaper way to do this. Buy 3 of those cheap phone holders you can find anywhere and one of those cheap plastic dollar store magnifiers. Basically use 2 for the plastic magnifier and 1 for the phone. BOOM. You did it for about $5. The best part is that you can enlarge the screen by adjusting the distance.
